With a background in mathematics and a strong academic foundation, I began my journey with a scientific baccalaureate in Morocco before pursuing two years of preparatory studies in France, followed by a business school degree. After completing my education, I made the intentional decision to return to Morocco and begin my professional career.
After several years in the corporate world, working in Marketing, Communications, and Project Management on high-level strategic initiatives, I chose to follow a path that aligned more closely with my purpose: training and empowerment.
Rooted in business experience and driven by a deep commitment to knowledge sharing, I’ve dedicated my professional mission to helping women build confidence, strengthen their voice, and realize their goals.
My diverse career path has given me a solid understanding of both individual development and organizational dynamics. This allows me to create engaging, practical, and human-centered learning environments. I strive to move beyond traditional training methods through interactive, inspiring experiences that make personal growth and soft skills development both effective and lasting.
I developed a tailored Women’s Empowerment Program for EFE Morocco, the Moroccan branch of Education For Employment (EFE Global), a leading network promoting youth employability across the MENA region. Through this initiative, I trained over 150 trainers and accompanied many women on their empowerment journey.
In parallel, I teach Marketing and Communication to Master’s students, helping prepare future professionals to navigate both strategic thinking and real-world execution with purpose and clarity.
